The Howard County Police Department has commissioned a commemorative badge to celebrate the Department’s 75th Anniversary. This badge is unique to all previously designed special purpose badges for the department and is exclusively designed for Howard County Police.
The badge measures approximately 3" tall and is an eagle top badge that includes the original Howard County Police badge portrayed in the center with cutouts around top and sides. The badge is finished in a beautifully polished gold plating and features the US flag and Maryland flag on each side.
The commemorative anniversary badge is available for purchase by current and retired sworn members who left the Department in good standing. Eligible members may also purchase the lapel pin and challenge coin as part of their order.
These items can be purchased individually or altogether in a deluxe blue felt presentation box.
