The 250th Anniversary Independence Hall badge is a 5-pointed star and circle style badge. The center of the badge features Independence Hall. Around it are the words, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "250 YEARS". Star spacers separate the text. The American flag waves in the background. The years 1776 and 2026 are raised on the edge of the braided circle. Below the flag are images of The Declaration of Independence and the Liberty Bell.

The badge has four engravable banners and is offered in polished gold and polished rhodium finishes. The badge has a slight curve to it and has a safety pin and catch back attachment.
