The White
House Communications Agency (WHCA) provides premier communication
systems that enable the President and the Presidential staff to
lead the Nation efficiently. The Agency provides worldwide audiovisual,
voice, and data communications support for the President, Vice
President, Presidential Emissaries, White House staff, the United
States Secret Service, and others as directed by the White House
Military Office.
WHCA supports
the President at the White House and in the Washington metropolitan
area. In addition, they deploy teams worldwide to support Presidential
travel missions.
WHCA sets
up and records radio broadcasts for the President from any location
around the world. WHCA videotapes Presidential movements, processes
film from official White House photographers, and make video recordings

In commemoration
of 65 years of service, 1942-2007, WHCA created a special badge.
Only 25 commemorative badges are authorized for unrestricted purchase.
The badge was designed and manufactured in U.S.A. by Collinson
Enterprises. The badge is die struck in .102" solid brass and
plated in rhodium, multiple colors are stoned and polished to
the level of the raised details, badge measures 3" diameter and
is curved with safety pin & catch attachment. No numbers appear
on front of these 25 badges but special ID numbers are engraved
on back.
